Brian McDermott’s cooking is influenced and inspired by Irish produce and traditions. He is Chef Patron of the award-winning boutique Foyle Hotel in Moville and he is passionate about sharing his love of food with others through his cookery books and TV appearances.

Chef Brian’s newest release is packed with famous recipes with expert tips to get them just right.

From Mammy’s Irish stew to black pudding dipping fritters, from mackerel on toast to Atlantic fish pie, from shortbread to scones, this book celebrates the many tastes of Ireland and a warm sense of home.
