Some residents in Buncrana used its St Patrick’s Day parade to send out a message that the townspeople want their swimming pool open again.

The float was one of several colourful attractions for what proved to be a great parade for the Inishowen town.

Joe Boland of Northwest Newspix was on hand to catch all the action.
