Gardaí in Letterkenny are appealing for information following a home burglary in the Mountain Top area last weekend.
A substantial sum of money was grabbed from a home at Orán Hill in Carnamogagh Upper on Saturday night/Sunday morning the 30th/31st March.
The incident occurred between the hours of 7.20pm and 1am on Sunday morning.
The thief, or thieves, gained entry to the home via the back door and the money was taken from the kitchen, according to Gardaí.
