One Donegal town has one of the highest amount of pubs per person in Ireland.
Research carried out by an Irish company shows that Lifford has the THIRD highest number of pubs per person in Ireland.
The figures were given to the Sunday World newspaper by CEO of Reg Point Of Sale’s CEO Thomas Bibby.
Bibby received a list of registered pubs in each Irish town from the Company Registration Office.
He then compared them with specific population figures from the most recent Irish census.

Feakle, Clare
Lifford, Donegal
Waterville, Kerry
Doonbeg, Clare
Castlegregory, Kerry
Cong, Mayo
