The Donegal minor ladies are chasing an Ulster final berth as they meet Armagh in Fintona today in a semi-final.

James McGinley’s Donegal take on Armagh in Fintona (throw-in 1.30pm) with a place in next week’s final up for grabs. The winner of the game will take on Cavan or Monaghan in the ‘A’ final.

The beaten teams from today’s semi-finals will square off in a ‘B’ final.

Donegal will go into the game as hot favourites having had three impressive wins for far.

Donegal put Tyrone to the sword 2-14 to 0-7 in their opening game with Susanne White hitting 1-6 and Lauren Carr registering 1-1.

Against Cavan, second-half goals by Amy Boyle-Carr – who was a regular on Maxi Curran’s senior team  in Division 1 this year – and Niamh McDonald saw them beat Cavan 2-5 to 1-7.

Last weekend, Donegal got the better of Antrim with Boyle-Carr and White netting in a 2-14 to 1-8 win.
