Two days left to apply to be next Donegal Rose… or a Rosebud!

Would you, or someone you know, like to represent Donegal in this year’s Rose of Tralee International Festival?

If so, get your application in quick, because the closing date for the Donegal Selection is this Sunday 19th May. Apply via www.roseoftralee.ie/apply

The Rose of Tralee International Festival will celebrate 60 Years from Friday 23rd to Tuesday 27th August 2019.

Ambitious young women are being invited to take on the role of Donegal’s ambassador in the contest.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be part of one of Ireland’s largest and longest running festivals. And this year, it has been confirmed that the Rose selected to represent Donegal n 2019 is guaranteed a televised interview in the famous Dome.

Interested applicants must be over age 18 and not have reached age 29 by September 2019.

Applications for the Donegal Rose Selection must be submitted via www.roseoftralee.ie/apply by Sunday 19th May.

This year’s Donegal Rose Selection takes place on Saturday 25th May in the Abbey Hotel, Donegal Town in association with R McCullagh Jewellers.

Do you know a girl who dreams of being a Rosebud?

The Donegal Rose committee are also on the lookout for Little Rosebuds to join the Roses on stage at the selection event in association with R Mc Cullagh Jewellers in the Abbey Hotel, Donegal Town.

Rosebuds need to be aged between 4 and 12. Rosebuds do not compete against each other, they are simply joining in the celebrations of the Donegal Rose Selection.
