Elections 2019: Martin Farren and Albert Doherty elected on third count in north Inishowen

Martin Farren and Albert Doherty have all retained their seats in the north Inishowen electoral area.

The Labour Party’s Martin Farren successfully was elected on the third vote on 1,470 votes, followed by Sinn Fein’s Albert Doherty on 1,460.

The quota was 1448 votes.

Doherty celebrates with Cllr Jack Murray and Senator Pádraig Mac Lochlainn.

Bernard McGuinness is getting closer to the final seat on 1,355, while Marie Duffy currently sits on 1,057.
