Cyber Risk Aware Ltd is currently recruiting a Cloud Application Support Analyst.
The Letterkenny-based company is looking for someone with a passion for customer support to assist us in continuing to provide our clients with the premium level of service they have become accustomed to.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience working in customer service, be well organised with good IT skills, attention to detail and have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities to include:
• Provide daily operational cloud application support to our Global Clientele, by email and phone if required.
• Support new client onboarding and training• Logging and answering customer technical issues• User manual \ knowledge base maintenance
• Support Analysis and Report generation Personal traits/skills• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service ethos• Strong communications skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
• Willingness to work unsociable hours/weekends
• The ability to prioritise your workloadEssential Requirements
• I.T. Related Qualification• Previous experience in a customer service\support role environment
Desirable
• ITIL Certification
• Previous Experience in application support
