French pair prove too strong for Magee and Reynolds

JOSHUA MAGEE and Paul Reynolds suffered defeat in their latest mixed doubles match at the 2019 European Games.

Magee and Reynolds were beaten 10-21 8-21 by France duo Thom Gicquel and Ronan Labar.

The French pair proved too strong for Raphoe’s Magee and Reynolds.

Magee and Reynoplds last night lost out to Marcus Ellis and Chris Langridge from Great Britain 11-21 13-21.

The French pair were also strong opponents with Gicquel having helped to beat Magee’s siblings, Chloe and Sam, while teamed with Delphine Delrue this morning.

In the women’s singles this evening, Rachael Darragh faces Yvonne Li from Germany.
