Cavan’s Cian Mackey has called on the internet to help him find a young Donegal fan who had an eventful start to the Ulster Final.
The Cavan forward was warming up at Clones last Sunday when a ball accidentally hit a girl in the crowd.
Mackey is now calling on Twitter to help him find her family, as he would like to reach out and make sure she is okay. The appeal has been shared far and wide across local accounts in the past hour.
It reads: “Looking to try and contact the family of a young Donegal girl that was behind the goals that we warmed up at! I hit her with a ball in the warm up so wud like to make sure she is ok! Any1 that cud help it wud be greatly appreciated.”
