A group of up to sixteen asylum-seekers are to arrive in Donegal today.
The group, made up of a number of families, will be housed in Portsalon House.
The group are not part of the Direct Provision scheme but are seeking emergency accommodation.
There are concerns locally that the influx of people in the locality will stretch local services.
Buses will be provided to the people to access shopping in Letterkenny, etc.
However, no other details of where the people are from have been released.
