Job Vacancies: Get Fresh Catering are now taking applications for the following positions that have become available within their company located at their Main Office in Dunwiley Stranorlar, Co. Donegal.

Office Administration

The role involves working as part of a team and carrying out general office duties as assigned by Management.

Duties:

  • General Office Duties
  • Answering & Forwarding Calls
  • Dealing with Emails and Phone Queries
  • Data Entry
  • Filing & Maintaining Documents

Hours: Full-Time Position with 39hrs per week (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Negotiable

Payroll & HR Administrator

Duties:

  • Processing of multiple Wages
  • Collating Timesheets, Holiday Entitlements, Reconciling Hours on a Weekly Basis
  • Liaising with Revenue and various third-party providers
  • Assist in HR and Recruitment Administration

Hours: Full-Time Position with 39hrs per Week (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Negotiable

Accounts Administrator

Duties:

  • Entering of Sales & Purchase Invoices
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts to Statements
  • Liaise with Suppliers and Customers to resolve Account Queries
  • Providing Support to the Finance Department.

Hours: Full-Time Position with 39hrs per week (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Negotiable

The ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous Experience in all vacancy’s desirable.
  • Excellent numerical and Mathematical accuracy skills with a level of attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills and a high level of Excel, Word, Office Outlook expertise is essential
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands
  • Ability to work on own initiative and engage with the team with support and Flexibility
