Gardai are investigating a blaze at a derelict building in Newtowncunningham.
The blaze happened last night (Sat) and a number of fire tenders were quickly on the scene to put out the blaze.
Nobody was hurt as a result of the fire.
A full investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire.
