Job Vacancy: Full-Time Legal Secretary required for a busy Letterkenny office to cover maternity leave.
Experience in litigation and dictaphone typing is essential.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing full support to solicitors in managing their portfolio of files
- Dictaphone typing
- Preparing and processing legal documents
- Arranging a meeting and maintaining the diary system
- Organising and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Previous experience working as a litigation legal secretary is essential
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems
- Experience in Dictaphone typing
- Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
