Large amount of money stolen during raid on Downings coffee shop

Thieves broke into a coffee shop in Downings and stole a large amount of cash.

The raid took place on Thursday night or Friday morning last, August 8th or 9th.

Gardai say the area was busy that night as there was a school reunion on in the local hotel.

Anybody who noticed anybody acting suspiciously should contact Gardai in Milford.
