Students and adult learners looking for advice on their Leaving Cert results are being invited to call a dedicated helpline at Letterkenny Institute of Technology.

Any advice you might need, no matter how big or small the question, is available from LYIT.

“It’s Leaving Certificate Results Day and Letterkenny Institute of Technology is here to help. We are taking calls all week, even if you have not selected LYIT in your CAO choices, please don’t hesitate to call us. We are here to provide advice and support and as the Round 1 CAO offers go out this Thursday 15 August we are here to answer your questions on offers, acceptances and much more”, commented Fiona Kelly, Schools Engagement Officer.

“We have a hotline service open from Tuesday morning 13 August and we’ll be available each day to take your queries and calls. In addition to this, if you have failed Ordinary or Honours Level Maths, do not panic, we also offer the Enabling Maths Initiative at LYIT, an initiative that is here to support students that have failed Maths.”

“LYIT Information Day takes place on Wednesday 21 August and this event provides prospective students with an opportunity to speak with LYIT staff and get advice on choices and options available in 2019/20.”

For advice or information over the coming days please don’t hesitate to contact Fiona Kelly, Schools Engagement Officer or Tracy Sheridan, LYIT Admissions Office on (074) 9186105 or (074) 9186126.
