Atlantic Treasures Fish Stop is set to be Donegal’s one-stop-shop for all your fish needs as it opens its new store this September in Killybegs.

The Killybegs store will have many great products to offer you including their fresh counter with a great selection of whitefish, pelagic, shellfish and salmon.

Their chilled section will incorporate smoked mackerel and smoked salmon as well as many other retail-ready seafood products.

Atlantic Treasures have a frozen section which will have prawns, crab claws, mussels and other options for you to choose from.

They have teamed up with a great glaze and sauce supplier who works with many fishmongers around Ireland.

Atlantic Treasures wants their customers to leave the shop with their product ready to cook, no preparation and have the choice of a variety of sauces and glazes that will complement each dish. Their oven-able bags or vacuum-packed bags will help take the work out of cooking.

Finally, they will have a section called “Wild Atlantic Produce” which will be dedicated to food producers in Donegal and along the wild Atlantic way, we hope to be able to promote and educate people not only on fish but also the many small producers out there.

Atlantic Treasures Fish Stop is looking for someone to become part of the Atlantic Treasures team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

* Day to Day running of the shop
* Driving Sales through both in-store and online promotion
* Ordering and Controlling Stock
* Ensuring HACCP values are adhered to
* Preparing Seafood and Educating Customers on specific species, complementary products/sauces and health benefits

Ideal Candidates would have a knowledge/background of:

* A passion for one or all of the following Seafood/Catering/Cheffing
* Good knowledge of social media platforms
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work of their own initiative
* Target driven
* Have an ability to inspire customers with imagination and originality

If you think you fit the bill send Atlantic Treasures a CV through email on info@atlantictreasures.ie

…Or if you don’t have one just send on your details along with some info on past experience that shows you relate to the bullet points above. Training can be provided.

Closing date: Wednesday 28th August
