Dylan Browne-McMonagle is long odds on to retain his National jockey’s title after another treble at Rossbeigh beach in Glenbeigh Co Kerry at the weekend.
Browne-McMonagle’s latest haul of winners brings his total to 67 wins for the season and 212 over all.

Dylan got his first winner aboard the prolific Unhinged as the Letterkenny man guided it to an effortless success in the 143cm pony race. He doubled up when Thunder Storm ran out an impressive winner of the 153cm pony race.
The 16-year-old capped of another fine weekend for his travels when he was victorious on the beach specialist Last Chance Paddy giving him the treble that made his journey home all the shorter.
The last meeting of the season will take this Sunday at Carrickadawson with a 2.30pm start and it will be Dylan’s last meeting riding in the Northwest.
He will travel to his very last meeting two weeks later in Ballyferriter Co Kerry which will end his career at pony racing before he moves to the big time.
Meanwhile another local winner in Glenbeigh over the weekend was the Kyle Browne-McGuigan owned and trained Ted Baker who ran out a ready winner of the ten furlong open.
