There is widespread sadness across the county following the death of businessman Theo Crossan.

Mr Crossan, who had only recently celebrated his 70th birthday, was originally from Buncrana.

He had extensive business interests including the Pulse NIghtclub in Letterkenny as well as the Orchard Inn and Vodoo Nightclub.

He was also a beloved father and grandfather and will be sadly missed by a wide circle of friends whose lives he touched.

Among those mourning Mr Crossan’s passing is his brother, Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council, Nicholas Crossan.
