Finn Harps Academy: Wins for Harps 13s, 17s and 19s

There were victories for the Finn Harps U13s, U17s and U19s on Saturday with the U15s the only losers. 

Kevin McHugh’s 13s continued their fine recent form with an excellent 3-1 victory over Athlone Town at the Melvin Sports Complex in Strabane. Ciaran O’Kane, Liam Carlin and Aaron McLaughlin were the scorers.

The Finn Harps U19s and U17s both recorded well-deserved wins. Joe Boyle’s 19s defeated Monaghan/ Cavan 4-0 at Gortakeegan thanks to a Jamie Browne hat-trick with

Gabby Aduaka also finding the back of the next. Meanwhile, at the Melvin Sports Complex in Strabane, Declan Boyle’s 17s had a 4-1 win over Monaghan/ Cavan with Luke Rudden scoring twice.

Stephen Black and Nathan Logue were also among the goals. Paul McBride’s U15s went down 7-1 to St Patrick’s Athletic at Richmond Park. Conor Campbell was the Harps scorer.
