Job Vacancy: An ambitious, enthusiastic and talented Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years experience is sought in Donegal.
Location: Donegal office with various visits to the UK and Dublin
Duration: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Duties will include the following:
– Preparation on internal costs/value reports on a monthly basis
– Preparation and management of subcontractors, suppliers and material procurement
– Responsibility for agreeing on monthly valuations
– Budget control, material management/valuations
– Tendering for projects
– Preparing BOQ’s, taking off measurement from drawings
Requirements:
– Experience in groundworks and concrete works is an advantage
– Knowledge of MS office/outlook/cubit
– Capable of working as part of a team
– Availability to travel to the UK and Dublin when required
