Gardai have issued a description of a car which they believe could be connected to two burglaries which were committed on Sunday morning last.
The break-ins happened in St Johnston and Raphoe while the owners were attending church.
In both cases, money and jewelery was stolen and the houses were ransacked.
Gardai have appealed to people to be vigilant when attending church and to let neighbours know when they are away.
Gardai would like to trace the whereabouts of a silver Mondeo car with a partial EEZ registration number which was seen in the area.
It has tinted windows, alloy wheels and a twin exhaust.
