Over 1000 students gathered to afford six staff members from Abbey Vocational School in Donegal Town a huge send-off on Thursday last as they announced their retirement.
The six long-serving staff members and teachers were Michael Lafferty, Celine Markey, Bríd Duane, Miriam Bennett, Mary Keeney and school secretary, Ann Marie McCormack.
