Mark McPaul claims victory at Mulroy College 10K – Where did you finish?

Mark McPaul claimed a victory at the Mulroy College 10k this weekend for Finn Valley with an impressive time of 33 minutes and 47 seconds.

More than 60 runners took part in the 10k as Milford AC’s Martin Lynch finished second with a time of 34 minutes and 22 seconds.

Meanwhile, Eimear Wiseman was the fastest of the ladies as she finished 21st overall with a time of 42 minutes 28 seconds.
