Naomh Columba see off Gaeil Fhánada after slow start

Naomh Columba recovered from a slow start to see off a young Gaeil Fhánada side.

Fanad led 1-3 to 0-3 at the break.

Eoghan Carr opened the score with Ronan Gillespie levelled matters.

then got a goal and a point coming from the boot of James A Coyle.

Two Aaron Doherty frees and a Bernard McGettigan score for Fanad left them three up at the break./

A devastating start of second half for Naomh Columba saw them score 2-6 without reply in the first 11 minutes.

Aaron Doherty (2), Ryan Gillespie (2) hit points before Ronan O’Hare goaled.

Doherty got another point before a second goal arrived, via Ryan Gillespie.

Fanad got points from Eoghain Carr (3)and Mark McAteer but further scores from Lanty Molloy, Ronan Gillespie, Ronan O’Hare and Aaron Doherty finished of the scoring
