Curious children from Donegal sought for science TV show

TG4 producers are on the lookout for children from Donegal to join a new series of Is Eolaí Mé.

If you have a talkative and inquisitive child in the house, this could be their time to shine!

The second series of Is Eolaí Mé will be filmed at the end of September and beginning of October in Galway.

Producers are looking for children between the ages of 8-12 years of age for the show – chatty confident kids with Irish who have some interest in Science – kids that are inquisitive and ask questions.

Fiona Ní Chéirín from Fíbín Media said: “There will be 2 children per show and we would prefer if those 2 children were either friends / siblings.

“Anyone who is interested, we are asking them to send us in a short video clip telling us a little about themselves so we can see their personality being put across.

“The dates of filming will be between the 30th of September – 11th of October here in Baile na hAbhainn, Galway (studios near TG4). As filming will commence in the morning , we can assist in accommodation if the children would have to stay over.”

We are advising anyone who is interested, to get a video clip sent into us ASAP.

Application details are below:
