Donegal hostel in line for national recognition at prestigious Hotel Awards

Moville Boutique Hostel has been nominated in the Best Boutique Hotel in Ireland category it has been announced.

Moville Boutique Hostel will find out if they will be crowned the winner and take the trophy home at the elegant ceremony, taking place in October.

The awards night will take place on Monday 21st October at The Crowne Plaza Hotel Blanchardstown and will welcome the best businesses of the country’s hospitality sector that work hard to provide memorable experiences to their guests.

The Hotel Awards Ireland 2019 will shine the spotlight on the top hotels that offer excellent services to their guests, from the process of checking in and out, to room services and hotel ambience.

They will also reward the industry professionals that demonstrate constant evolution and innovation in the market, earning the respect of all within the hospitality sector.

General Manager, Cressida Canavan said: “We are absolutely over the moon with this, being nominated in the Hotel awards as a Hostel is rewarding in itself.

“Our team here strive to deliver exceptional experiences to all of our guests so we thank them for voting for us. We hope to take home the award for Best Boutique Hotel in Ireland.

This would mean so much to the hostel community, as sometimes there can be a perception associated with hostels but we are on the road to changing that.

“(We are) redefining what a hostel is by constantly innovating our offerings to suit our guests’ individual needs by delivering excellent accommodation and guest experiences in lovely Donegal.”
