Man arrested after several cars damaged in late night incident in Dunfanaghy

A man has been arrested after he crashed into at least three parked cars in Dunfanaghy last night (Sun). 

The incident occurred on Main Street, Dunfanaghy close to Arnold’s Hotel between 11:30pm and 12am on Sunday.

Following the incident, in which several cars were severely damaged, the man was stopped by Gardaí who had been called to the scene.

 

He is due to appear before Letterkenny District Court today (Mon).

It is understood that no one was hurt in the late-night incident.
