Having started off in a modest store 40 years ago in Buncrana, Irwin Expert Electrical has developed to become part of Expert Group – Ireland’s largest electrical retailer with 67 stores nationwide.
Irwin Expert Electrical has a state of the art showroom in Letterkenny are continually introducing new brands and new products, giving the consumer more choice and better prices.
According to Declan Irwin, their success is simply down to having the right mix of products and great customer service.
They have expanded their product range in their TV and home appliance centres, their kitchen home appliance centre and have expanded their computer centre to provide first-class products and service to their many customers across the north west.
They offer everything and have also great, great staff. One of the things they pride themselves on is the quality of their staff, their staff’s knowledge of each and every product and brands instore and their first class customer service – that is key to their service.
There are electrical shops everywhere, but that “customer service” is where Irwins believe that they really make the difference and winning many awards over the years is recognition to the team.
Their Christmas Club is open and they are hosting a Black Friday event in November at both showrooms, so please feel free to come along.
