Lip sync battle in aid of mental health charity to take place in Donegal Town

A charity Lip Sync Battle will take place Abbey Hotel, Donegal Town on Friday in aid of new mental health programme for secondary school students introduced by Cycle Against Suicide. 

Ten groups, from across Donegal, Killybegs and Ballybofey, will compete against each other to find out who will be crowned Lip Sync Winner 2019.

The MC for the evening is Noel Cunningham.

Meanwhile, the judging panel consists of pro-boxer, Jason Quigley, Radio Presenter, Margaret Carr Flynn, Editor, Michael Daly, and Actress, Pat Ward.

Entertainment will be provided from The Bluestack Foundation Special Needs Choir, Conor McAllister and Diamond Dancers.

Evan Gorell, who is hosting the event along with Karla Gallagher, said: “Come along and enjoy a great night of fun, entertainment and laughter!

“Tickets are selling fast so get yours now to avoid disappointment.

“They are priced at €15 for Adults and €10 for Under 12s.

“They can be purchased in Blas, the Gateway Lodge or the Abbey Hotel.

Doors open at 7:15pm, and the Battle commences at 8pm sharp.

“Your support is very much appreciated! Together we can break the cycle of Suicide.”
