Police and family concerned for missing woman (29)

A young Derry woman who has been missing since Friday may have travelled across the border, according to Police.

The PSNI in Derry have issued an appeal for help finding Ellie Stokes, aged 29, who hasn’t been seen since she left her home at 5:30pm on Friday 4th October. She had left to go shopping in a white BMW.

“There is information to suggest that she could be in the Republic of Ireland,” according to PSNI Foyle.

“Police and Ellie’s family are worried about her and would urge her to get in touch. ”

If anyone has seen Ellie or has been in contact with her please call police on 101 and quote the reference number: 2120 of 04/10/19
