A young girl has been taken to hospital this morning following an accident on the Donegal Town by-pass.
The girl, who is in her 20s, has been transferred to Letterkenny University Hospital with minor injuries.
Emergency services attended the scene of a collision on the N56 near the south Donegal town.
The incident occurred this Monday morning on the by-pass section of the N56 between Drumlonagher at the Mountcharles roundabout.
The Donegal Town bypass is now fully open to traffic.
