ADRIAN BRENNAN spoke of his delight and relief after Ardara came good in a Convoy cliffhanger on Saturday night to preserve their senior status.

Ardara rallied from nine points down to overcame Malin in the relegation play-off.

“What a way to end the season,” Brennan said after a struggle.

“We got the momentum in the second half and the boys played really well. It means a lot to everyone in the club that we’re still a senior championship team.”
