The Central Hotel team in Donegal Town are delighted to be awarded Best 3 Star Hotel in Co Donegal in the Irish Enterprise Awards 2019, hosted by EU Business Magazine.
And that’s not all they’ve been celebrating, as the hotel has also been accredited a Customer Service Excellence Award from Failte Ireland.
The Central Hotel has been focusing on customer service excellence, and as part of this all staff completed training with Failte Ireland.
Within the last year the new additions of Suite Pads into Hotel Guestrooms has given great focus to ensuring the management team receives direct feedback from all guests while they are staying in-house. This also gives the guests a wealth of information at their fingertips during their stay at the hotel including the option of Green efficiency, downloading menus and browsing activities to enhance their stay.
