The third UU goal came late in the game.

LyIT have little time to get ready for their next assignment as they are back to Belfast on Wednesday afternoon to face St Mary’s.

Letterkenny Institute of Technology scorers: Michael Langan 0-6, Paddy Dolan 0-3, Darragh Black 0-2, Joe McGill, Ryan McFadden, Caoimhin Marley 0-1 each
