Halloween is the time of year where it is okay to be afraid. Every year, to follow that theme, I ensure that the Rushe Fitness members are a bit afraid to come to class because of our Halloween themed workout.

The Horrific Halloween Workout is made to be scary.
I have been doing this for the last 4 years and it hasn’t failed to disappoint yet.
The workout is simple and effective, and by effective I basically mean that it is a bit horrible.
The best part of this workout is that you don’t need much space, or much equipment, but if you have access to some and want to make it harder, you can add more in.

Here we go.
The Horrific Halloween workout goes as follows;
you will be completing 10 reps on each exercise and you can take as many breaks as you need to get the workout completed.
1. 30 seconds Sprint on the spot
2. 10 Burpees
3. 10 Press ups
4. 10 Lunges each leg
5. 10 Squat Jumps
6. 10 Plank 2 press
7. 10 Total Body Extensions
8. 1 arm row (10 each side)
9. 10 Jumping Jacks
10. 10 Shoulder press.
Start and do exercise 1.
Then do 1+2
Then 1-2-3
Then 1-2-3-4
Then 1-2-3-4-5
Then 1-2-3-4-5-6
Then 1-2-3-4-5-6-7
Then 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8
Then 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9
Then 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Then Die, well hopefully not.
This may sound and look easy on paper, but trust me, it’s not.
The exercises suggested are to allow minimal equipment to be used.
If you are in a training facility and have access to a load of equipment, feel free to add in different exercises to make it harder or easier or to suit your style of training.
You are only limited by your imagination. ☺
