Derry native Lee Toland sent Rovers on their way with a cracking free-kick on 72 minutes. Toland deliciously curled past Oisin Gibson from 25 yards.

Six minutes later, Matty Harkin latched onto Gary Merritt’s through ball to double the lead.

Eamon McConigley’s side hit two goals in added time, the first coming via an unfortunate own goal, while teenager Jack Dwyer bagged his first senior goal for Rovers.  Dwyer fired in from 10 yards to complete the scoring.
