Listen: Waide admits Naomh Conaill ‘made hard work of it’ but delighted to progress

Eoin Waide returned to the Naomh Conaill team as they made a winning start in the Ulster Club SFC in Cavan yesterday afternoon.

The wing-back missed the third part in the trilogy against Gaoth Dobhair in the Donegal SFC final, as a consequence of a hamstring injury. However, Waide played his part in the 1-11 to 0-11 win over Castlerahan at Kingspan Breffni Park. Waide spoke to Charlie Collins afterwards
