A 14-year-old boy has been banned from entering the Aura Leisure centre in Letterkenny until he appears in court.
The boy, who cannot be named, faces a number of alleged burglary charges.
He appeared at Letterkenny District Court today accompanied by his mother.
The court was told the Director of Public Prosecutions is considering the various charges against the boy.
As well as warning the boy to stay away from the Aura, Judge Paul Kelly also informed him not to go near O’Donnell Park, which is adjacent to the leisure centre.
Garda Sgt Jim Collins told the court that he hoped the DPP will have a decision in the matter before January 20th next.
The case was adjourned until that date.
