Gardaí are investigating the theft of three electrical poles from the roadside in Dungloe last week.

Thieves ripped three large poles from the ground at Croaghnashallog, Dungloe, sometime between 29th November and 2nd December.

One structure measured 12m and two larger 14m poles were taken in the incident.

Gardaí are appealing to the public to report any suspicious activity they may have seen during this time. If anyone saw the poles being removed or being transported, or they have any more information, please contact Milford Garda Station on 074 91 53060.
