Homes and businesses in Stranorlar, Killygordon and nearby areas are without water this morning following a mains burst.

Irish Water crews are currently working on repairs, and a traffic management plan is in place to facilitate the operation.

The fault is affecting properties in Stranorlar, Killygordon, Mullindrait, Cavan Lower, Carricknamana, Burnrock and surrounds.

It is estimated that supplies will be restored by 2pm today (Monday) and customers are advised to allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for supply to fully return.
