People of all ages gathered to take part in the annual New Year’s Day swim at Mountcharles Pier this morning.
The swim is held as a fundraiser for the local RNLI.
Last year, a remarkable €1,900 was raised on the day, the most money to ever be gathered at the annual event.
An early and cold shout for all those involved lead to another great turnout to raise much-needed funds.
