Finn Valley AC’s Jon Jo Doherty will take part in the English Inter-County Championships after a good run today.
Doherty, a Buncrana native and a recent recruit to athletics, finished fifth in the Merseyside Championships this afternoon in Liverpool.
Doherty’s performance means he will be on the team for the English inter-counties and is currently building towards the National Intermediate Championships in February.
