A man has been seriously injured following a car crash on the outskirts of Letterkenny this evening.
The man was hurt when his car left the road and crashed at the Golf Course Road.
No other vehicle was involved in the incident.
The emergency services were at the scene within minutes.
The man was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital where he is being treated.
Gardai have road diversions in place at present.
