A vehicle was stopped and searched on the border as part of a cross-border investigation into recent burglaries.
Gardaí and the PSNI carried out a joint operation at Clady this week, where they conducted a number of vehicle check points.
One vehicle was stopped and searched. Several other vehicles checked out and sent on their way.
Sergeant Blair from PSNI Strabane and the Strabane Neighbourhood Team confirmed that the searches were conducted in relation to a number of burglaries.
