Meet your local gardaí and community groups around Donegal this Friday

Would you like to know more about the work of gardaí in your area and get to know your local community representatives? 

This Friday is ‘National Community Engagement Day’ and An Garda Síochána are inviting local communities to a meet and greet at over 300 venues across Ireland.

Eleven events are taking place in Donegal this Friday 31st January, where local Gardaí, IFA branch representatives and representatives from community groups involved in the National Rural Safety Forum will engage with the local community.

It is an opportunity for the local community to get to know their local Gardaí and local community representatives. All are welcome.

The locations of the events are as follows:

    • Marley’s convenience store, Brockagh, 2pm-3pm
    • Supervalu, Ballybofey 11am-12pm
    • Buncrana Supervalu, Cockhill Road, 11am – 12pm
    • Supervalu, Carndonagh 2pm-3pm
    • Donegal Town Supervalu, Donegal Town 2pm-3pm
    • ‘The Cope’, Dungloe 9.30am-10.30am
    • Gortahork McClafferty’s Eurospar, 11:15am-12:15pm
    • Killybegs Supervalu, Killybegs 11am-12pm
    • Kelly’s Centra Mountain Top, Letterkenny 11am-12pm
    • Newtowncunningham Kernans Eurospar. 2pm-3pm
    • Ramelton Whoriskey’s Eurospar, 2pm-3pm
