Man recovering after vicious assault in Letterkenny

A man is recovering in hospital after he was viciously attacked in Letterkenny.

The man was set upon by two other men in the Sylvian Park area on Tuesday last, January 28th at around 1am.

Gardai say the man received a number of injuries and had to receive hospital teratment as a result.

“It appears to be an unprovoked attacked,” said Garda Sgt Charlene Anderson.

She appealed to anybody with any information to contact Gardai in Letterkenny.
