Over 1,000 homes and businesses are without power this Tuesday morning due to the disruptive Storm Ciara.

Electricity outages are reported in many parts of the county, particularly around Gaoth Dobhair, Fintown, Ballybofey, Stranorlar, and the Rosguill Peninsula in North Donegal. Many areas have been without power overnight.

ESB Networks are currently working on repairs and expect to have the majority of supplies restored during the day.

Check www.esb.ie/esb-networks/powercheck for details on individual outages.
