THERE are reports of widespread flooding across Donegal this afternoon.

The arrival of Storm Dennis has brought heavy rainfall and strong winds with driving conditions severely impacted.

East Donegal’s roads have been badly affected and motorists are being advised to drive with extreme caution.

There are a number of areas affected on the Stranorlar-Killygordon road, which are passable with care.

Surface water is also causing difficulty on the Castlefin-Convoy Road and also at Donoughmore Church.

Drivers have experienced tricky conditions on the Lifford-Letterkenny road and on the Raphoe-St Johnston road as well as the Lifford-Raphoe road near Murlog Chapel.

An Status Orange wind warning is in place for tomorrow across Donegal.
