Lifford man charged with sale and supply of cocaine

A Lifford man has appeared in court charged with the sale and supply of cocaine.

Derek Porter, of Rossgier, appeared at Carndonagh District Court yesterday charged with the offence.

Porter, aged 38, was charged with the unlawful possession of cocaine for sale and supply at St Johnston.

The case was adjourned by Judge Paul Kelly to Letterkenny District Court on April 6th next on his own bond of €500.

Porter must sign on weekly at Letterkenny Garda station as part of his bail conditions.
